Job Desk :
- Set sales target and Develop sales strategies to achieve it.
- Work closely with distributor’s sales team in monitoring performance to achieve sales target.
- Identify clearly current value chain and set a firmed-unified price structure.
- Identify clearly the current territory of distributor’s and then set clear border line among the corresponding distributor’s areas.
- Identify new potential outlets / customers / channels
