Warehouse Manager
Kualifikasi :
1. Proficient in English (oral and written communication skills)
2. Excel in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
3. Highly motivated, energized, and can work under pressure
4. Great team orientation, excellent problem-solving skills & leadership qualities
5. Ability to work with all levels of company staff
6. Willing to take on business trip to other region.
Job Description :
1. Supervise and control daily output in warehouse to ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation.
2. Overseeing the operation of the implementation of WMS (warehousing system) and escalating any issues found.
3. Supervise and review the warehouse LSP performance (KPI)
4. Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, and inventory management.
5. Coordinate with other internal parties related to company or project requirements and implementation or execution of issue resolution.
6. Investigate cases/issues, from identifying rot causes to developing recommendations for solutions
Preferred Qualifications :
1. Proficient in Chinese
2. Proficiency with Supply Chain Management for warehouse management
Working Base :
1. Kalimantan (Balikpapan)
2. Bandung
3. Sulawesi (Makassar/Palu)
4. Sumatera (Palembang/Medan)
