MBOS Officer (Management by Olympic System)
Kualifikasi :
1. Educational Background: All Majors
2. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in performance management, strategy implementation. (Fresh Graduate are also welcome)
3. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to align objectives with broader organizational goals.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and convey complex concepts effectively.
5. Basic project management skills to oversee the implementation of MBOS initiatives.
6. Ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
7. Familiarity with change management principles to ensure smooth adoption of the MBOS framework.
8. Strong leadership skills to influence and guide teams toward achieving common objectives.
9. Willingness to adapt to evolving business needs and organizational strategies.
10. Could be able to communicate in Mandarin is a Plus.
11. Proficient English communication skills are a must.
12. Willing to be based at Sungai Baung (Palembang).
